No competition experience necessary – the workshop is aimed at all fitness levels who are looking for a challenge, team spirit and functional training.
HYROX is an international fitness competition that combines running and functional training.
The format: 8 x 1 km run + 8 different workouts – e.g., SkiErg, Sled Push, Burpees, Rowing, Lunges, or Wall Balls.
The goal: to take endurance, strength and mental toughness to a new level.

Anyone with a good level of basic fitness is welcome – whether you already have HYROX experience or are simply curious to learn more about the concept. It’s not a competition, but rather a training day with a focus on technique, endurance, and motivation.
No. The workshop is suitable for beginners and advanced students. All exercises will be explained and adapted so that everyone can train at their own level.

Just normal indoor sportswear, a water bottle, and a towel – we provide the equipment.
