When does the LES MILLS event take place in Basel?

The GYYM LES MILLS Event Basel will take place on Saturday, March 21st, and Sunday, March 22nd, 2026. On both days you can expect diverse LES MILLS classes, international presenters and an energetic atmosphere – true to the motto Bigger. Better. Stronger.

In which language are the classes held?

The classes are mostly held in English.

Do I have to register for individual classes?

Yes. [green]#mixandmatch[/green] – you put together your own personal program and book each class separately. This gives you maximum flexibility. Fixed bundles are not offered.

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets are available now! Many classes are already heavily booked or sold out – secure your spot now via the link: Hurry – places are limited.

What happens in case of illness/cancellation?

Cancellations or changes to your booking are possible up to 6 days before the event. In this case, an administration fee of CHF 5.- will apply. After that, tickets are non-refundable.

Can I also be a non- Buy tickets as a member?

Yes, absolutely. The LES MILLS event is open to everyone – even without a GYYM membership. GYYM members simply benefit from a discounted ticket price.

Which presenters will be on site?

Can I participate for just one day?

Yes! The choice is entirely yours. On Saturday (March 21st) we'll be at the Alte Kraftwerk (Old Power Plant) and on Sunday (March 22nd) at the GYYM in Basel.

Für welche Fitness-Level ist das Event geeignet?

The event is suitable for all levels—from beginners to experienced Les Mills fans. You choose the intensity and classes yourself.

What is the parking situation like?

On Saturdays, parking at the Old Power Plant in Basel is limited. We recommend the St. Jakobspark parking garage (fee required), which is nearby. You can park for free at GYYM Basel on Sundays. For both days: Getting there by public transport is straightforward – trams and buses stop in the immediate vicinity of the locations.

Are there showers and changing rooms?

Saturday, March 21st (Old Power Plant): Unfortunately, no changing rooms or showers are available on site. Please arrive already changed and bring your own training equipment and a towel. Sonntag, 22.03. (im GYYM): Ja, Umkleiden und Duschen stehen dir wie gewohnt zur Verfügung.

When should I be there?

We recommend arriving about an hour before your first class starts. However, it's worth arriving earlier on both days – the atmosphere, community, specials, and vibes make the event worthwhile even before the first class.

Gibt es Verpflegung vor Ort?

Yes. With Vitamin Well as the official hydration partner, drinks will be provided. Additional offerings will be available on site. However, no meals will be available.

Is there a recovery zone?

Yes. With Hyperice, an exclusive Recovery Lounge is available to you at the Alte Kraftwerk and also at the GYYM – perfect for regenerating between classes.

What should I bring to the event?

Sportswear, indoor sports shoes, a towel and your motivation. We will provide everything else on site.

What is the additional quarterly magazine offered by LES MILLS Switzerland?

The LES MILLS Switzerland Quarterly is a separate pre-release event specifically for Swiss instructors. You can expect exclusive pre-releases of selected classes as well as educational and professional development content directly from LES MILLS Switzerland.
