n the gym, our personal trainers introduce beginners to the equipment and explain the basics. However, the actual training is usually done independently, and the responsibility for effective exercises and consistent training lies in the hands of the trainee.

With 1:1 personal training, on the other hand, your trainer is at your side throughout the entire training session. They correct, motivate and document your progress throughout – for measurable success

The cost of a personal trainer at GYYM depends on the type and duration of the commitment. We offer various subscription models with 2 training sessions per month, 1 session per week, or 2 personal training sessions per week, with terms of 2, 6, or even 12 months.

For those who prefer not to commit to a membership, we also offer individual sessions.

All exercises and sessions are described and explained in detail in the training plan so that you can also train independently when your personal trainer is not with you.

During a booked appointment, the personal trainer will then check whether you are developing in line with the plan.
