Absolutely! Our group classes are designed to be suitable for participants of all fitness levels. Our instructors adapt the exercises and often demonstrate different variations. More or less power – the decision is entirely up to you! Naturally, some class formats are more intensive than others. Check our website beforehand for information about the specific class and its focus. Our on-site trainers will also be happy to answer your questions and recommend suitable classes.

Yes, for beginners we recommend starting with lower intensity classes. Bring plenty to drink and pace yourself well during the class. Take advantage of the variations our trainers demonstrate to leave the class feeling exhausted and proud. You can find information about the individual classes on the homepage. Our on-site trainers will also be happy to give you tips for getting started.

No. We do not have different difficulty levels or grades in the classes, which build systematically on each other. Each class stands on its own and brings with it different requirements. Nevertheless, they are suitable for participants of all fitness levels.

Yes sure! Gerade in den ersten Wochen kannst du vieles noch genauso wie vor der Schwangerschaft machen. Höre auf deinen Listen to your body, take breaks, and adjust exercises as needed. Feel free to let the instructor know before class so they can suggest alternatives. However, not all classes are suitable during pregnancy. With energy and a good mood, you already have the most important things with you! Please also remember to wear clean indoor shoes and bring a towel. Appropriate sportswear and something to drink are an advantage. All other training materials will be provided by us. You will find these in front of or in the corresponding course room. However, you are of course welcome to bring your own (yoga) mat.

Yes, for reasons of hygiene, we ask that you disinfect and properly care for the course materials used after use. Disinfectants are available in our group fitness area.

For hygienic training, the use of a towel (minimum size 70 x 100 cm) is required. In case of excessive contamination, the necessary materials for self-cleaning can be obtained from a GYYM trainer. Hygiene stations are available in every classroom.

For reasons of hygiene, we ask you to wear clean indoor sports shoes for most of the courses. Especially in courses with fast step and movement patterns, sports shoes offer you the appropriate stability and minimize the risk of injury. In BodyCombat (mixed martial arts training), barefoot training is the original form and therefore permitted, but not necessarily the right choice for everyone. Pilates Reformer courses, Pilates courses, gymnastics 50+ courses and stretching courses take place on socks. Courses such as BodyBalance, Inside Flow and Yoga are held barefoot or on socks. Barefoot training in all other courses is at the discretion of the respective course instructor.

Yes, absolutely! We recommend that you drink enough during training. Sports bottles with plastic or metal (not glass) suction caps are permitted in the group fitness area. For reasons of hygiene, food and shakes should only be consumed in the lounge.

No. Sports bags, jackets, and street shoes belong in the changing room. We recommend bringing only the necessary equipment to the course to keep the room clear for all participants.

It is recommended to eat easily digestible and small meals about 1-2 hours before training.

For intensive courses such as HIIT, GRIT, Attack or Jumping, it is advisable that it has been 2-3 hours since your last proper meal.

The same also applies to workouts that put more strain on the core, such as CORE or Pilates. You can also choose a small snack about 30-60 minutes beforehand that you are sure you can tolerate.
