BodyPump is suitable for anyone who wants to become slim, defined and fit – in the shortest possible time.

BodyPump is a full-body workout that focuses on a moderate weight load and a high number of repetitions. You burn up to 540 calories in the process. The scientifically proven movements and techniques are performed by experienced instructors who will encourage and motivate you – all to the sound of great music.
