What is BodyCombat?


BodyCombat is an intensive full-body workout inspired by karate, kickboxing, taekwondo and Muay Thai.

The workout combines dynamic punch and kick combinations with functional movements that improve strength, endurance and coordination. You burn up to 730 calories in every hour and increase your fitness and mental strength at the same time.

Experienced instructors guide you through the movement sequences, pay attention to proper technique and ensure that you always stay motivated with rousing music.

BodyCombat means pure action, power and energy. Every lesson is a new challenge that will work you out, get you fitter and make you feel strong and confident.

Yes! You have the option to purchase a Group Fitness Daypass (CHF 15.-) on site at any time, which allows you to participate in one or more classes.
