What is Grit?

Les Mills GRIT is an intensive full-body HIIT workoutbased on short, powerful intervals. The workout combines strength, cardio and athletic exercises into an explosive course that pushes you to your limits time and time again.
GRIT Athletic: improves speed, agility, jumping power and athleticism
GRIT Strength: builds builds muscle, shapes the body and increases strength
In just 30 minutes you can burn up to 400 calories can be burned – including afterburn effectwhich keeps energy consumption high even after the workout. Experienced instructors accompany each session, correct the technique, adapt exercises individually and ensure that motivation and intensity remain consistently high.

Yes! You have the option to purchase a Group Fitness Daypass (CHF 15.-) on site at any time, which allows you to participate in one or more classes. To ensure that the classes are still available, please register for the relevant courses by phone in advance. With energy and a good mood, you already have the most important things with you! Please also remember to wear clean indoor shoes and bring a towel. Appropriate sportswear and something to drink are an advantage. All other training materials are provided by us. You will find these in front of or in the relevant course room.
