RPM Class


Les Mills RPM is an intense indoor cycling program based on scientifically proven interval training that specifically targets endurance, strength, and fitness.

You ride to energetic music through flat stretches, uphill sections, sprints, and interval sections. Each section strengthens your cardiovascular system, legs, glutes, and core, maximizing calorie burn—up to 600 calories per hour, including the afterburn effect.

Individual control: everyone selects their own resistance on the bike, making RPM suitable for beginners and professionals alike.

Instructors guide you step-by-step through each session, motivating you, correcting your technique, and ensuring that every round remains intense, energetic, and exhilarating. RPM combines training effectiveness, team spirit, and fun in a single 30-minute workout.

Yes, you can purchase a Groupfitness Daypass (CHF 15) from us on site at any time, which allows you to take part in one or more classes. To make sure that the classes are still available, please call in advance to register for the relevant classes. Les Mills RPM

  • Duration: approx. 45-60 minutes

  • Structure: A moderate to intensive cardio-cycling workout with flat stretches, climbs and sprints

  • Goal: Improvement of endurance and basic fitness

  • Level: Ideal for beginners and advanced users, as everyone regulates the resistance themselves

  • Atmosphere: Fun riding, more endurance, less extreme stress

Les Mills SPRINT

  • Duration: 30 minutes
  • Structure: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) on the bike with maximum load and short recovery phases
  • Goal: Maximum results in the shortest possible time – calorie burning, afterburning effect, increased performance
  • Level: More intensive than RPM, recommended for advanced riders or anyone who wants to push their limits
  • Atmosphere: Very intensive, focused, short units with maximum output
  • Improved stamina and fitness.
  • Strong, toned legs and a stronger torso.
  • Less body fat through high calorie consumption.
  • More energy in everyday life thanks to better cardiovascular fitness.
  • Mental strength & stress reduction through intensive training with music.

Yes, absolutely! RPM is the varied, joint-friendly supplement to classic cardio to classic cardio such as running or cross-training.

  • When you jog: You protect your joints and still get an intensive workout.

  • If you do cross trainers: RPM offers more variety and group dynamics.

  • If you cycle outside: RPM is the perfect indoor workout in winter or in bad weather.

With energy and a good mood, you already have the most important things with you! Please also remember to wear clean indoor shoes and bring a towel. Appropriate sportswear and something to drink are an advantage. All other training materials are provided by us. You will find these in front of or in the relevant class room.
