BodyAttack is a dynamic, high-intensity group fitness program based on cardio interval training, designed to improve overall fitness, strength, and endurance. Developed by Les Mills, BodyAttack combines elements of aerobics, athletics, and functional training.
SPRINT Class

Les Mills SPRINT is an intensive interval training on the bike that offers maximum effort in minimum time.
The program is based on HIIT and increases fitness in a short time. You burn calories calories during the session and benefit from the afterburn effectso that your body continues to burn energy after the workout.
During the 30 minutes you train endurance and cardiovascular fitness and at the same time strengthen legs, buttocks and core. Short, explosive sprints and uphill runs alternate with recovery phases to keep each session varied and intense.
Experienced instructors guide you through each phase, correct your technique and motivate you continuously. They make sure that you get the get the most out of yourself and use every lap effectively.
Motivating music supports the rhythm and drives you on. At the end, you’ll feel invigorated, energized and ready for the next challenge.

In the class, participants work under the guidance of a certified instructor to strengthen, stabilize, and stretch their entire body. The springs and moving parts of the Reformer allow for individual customization of the workout and the ability to vary the intensity of the exercises through adjustable resistance.

Les Mills RPM
Duration: approx. 45-60 minutes
Structure: A moderate to intense cardio cycling workout with flat stretches, climbs and sprints
Aim: Improve endurance and basic fitness
Level: Ideal for beginners and advanced users, as everyone regulates the resistance themselves
Atmosphere: Fun riding, more endurance, less extreme stress
