Before we start...
Important information about the cryosauna
Please only book a cryo session if you have consulted your GP beforehand. A health questionnaire will be completed, dated and signed together at the start of the treatment.
If the cryosauna is right for you, you can start straight away – and you can also purchase a practical 10-ticket if you wish.
Note the following:
- Underwear, skin and hair must be completely dry
- Cryosauna after training: make sure you don’t sweat anymore
- Your skin should be undamaged (no skin injuries, open wounds, etc.
- Only come in good physical and mental condition
- The last meal before use should have been taken no earlier than 4 hours and no later than 1 hour
- Any metal parts must be removed (jewelry, watches, etc.)
Process of the application
That’s how it works
- When using it, you only wear your underwear/tight-fitting and dry swimwear
- You will receive socks, finches and gloves from us to keep your hands and feet warm
- As soon as you’re ready, it starts: off into the cold for 3 minutes!
- The entire session is accompanied and monitored by a trained staff member – we stay by your side the entire time to make sure everything goes smoothly.
